Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our custom hand-painted shoes! Every pair is individually designed and painted by hand, making each order one of a kind. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

Because each pair is custom-made, please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

If your order includes personalized artwork or requires design approval, production will begin once the design has been finalized.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.

Custom Orders

Since every pair of shoes is hand-painted specifically for the customer, minor variations in color, brushstrokes, and artwork are normal and are part of the handmade nature of the product. These differences make each pair unique and are not considered defects.
